DCBJ Operation Manager

Responsibilities 1. Oversee end-to-end warehouse and distribution operations, focusing on safety & compliance, quality improvement, on-time delivery, efficiency enhancement, and cost reduction to ensure stable and efficient operation. 2. Manage overall team operations, including skills training, performance appraisal, and on-site supervision, to improve team execution and stability. Establish and improve the talent development mechanism. 3. Coordinate with upstream and downstream departments including procurement, production, sales and transportation team, manage cross-departmental collaboration in complex scenarios, and ensure a smooth supply chain. 4.
