**The Work**

The DCO Cyber Instructor Developer serves is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs for Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO). This role combines in-depth technical expertise in cyber operations with instructional design skills to prepare national security, military, and personnel to defend against advanced cyber threats and vulnerabilities in complex operational environments.

The role requires the ability to evaluate, adapt, and implement advanced training solutions tailored to the mission requirements for the client or other clientele. The instructor developer works closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), senior leaders, and operational teams to ensure that course content aligns with evolving cybersecurity standards, tools, and technologies.
