Overall Purpose: PTP Senior Analyst. The person will be responsible for supervising the delivery of all PTP activities and assisting PTP Tower Leads in meeting the target.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the activities assigned by the PTP Tower Lead.
• Understand and perform PTP lead role.
• Assist PTP processors with questions and problems related to day-to-day transaction processing.
• Assist the PTP Tower Lead in supervising the activities performed by the regular PTP processing team within Manila DC.
• Assist staff and support team operations.
• Actively seeks opportunities for Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Complies with all clients’ published policies and procedures and any legal and regulatory requirement...
