About the role

As a Deal Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the evaluation of select sales deals, particularly focusing on interfacing with sales teams and client operations to review sales deal economics, customer value, and competitive dynamics of each deal. You will enable better business decision‑making across the organization and provide strategic, process management, and tooling support to the Deal Desk Lead. This position requires a strong ability to interface with key internal business partners (e.g., sales, client ops, finance, procurement) in order to enhance margin and deal velocity.

• Interface with and direct communication between sales and client ops in deal structuring and approval, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in the handling of nonstandard deals.
