• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with dealers, brokers, and other external partners to foster trust and collaboration.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all dealer and broker inquiries, ensuring responsive and effective communication.
• Regularly meet with dealers and brokers to understand their needs, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of dealers and brokers against sales targets and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
