Commencing in August 2026, This 12 month, full time, paid traineeship offers a unique blend of classroom learning at TAFE Regency Park and hands-on training through three 12-week, paid work placements with leading defence industry employers. 

Modelled on a gap year concept, perfect for people at all stages of their career, this traineeship will open your mind to gain practical experience and try it all across engineering, manufacturing, administration, IT, logistics, procurement, supply chain, project management and CAD - preparing you for a range of dynamic roles in both blue and white-collar environments.
