I’m currently partnered with a high-performing, purpose-driven recruitment business that is looking to hire a Delivery Consultant to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with UK finance recruitment experience who wants to move into a more consultative, quality-led environment, working closely with clients to deliver real impact, not just CVs.

Ideally be Cape Town based

The role:

• 180 delivery role focused on the UK finance market
• Majority mid-level finance roles (Accounts, Management Accountants, etc.)
• Exposure to senior mandates (FD, CFO level)
• Working across permanent and contract placements
• Full ownership of the candidate lifecycle – sourcing, qualifying, managing process
