Job Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting delivery targets.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, updating the system with real-time status updates and obtaining customer signatures as proof of delivery.
- Navigate through Singapore's roads and territories, adhering to traffic rules and regulations for safe driving.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns during deliveries, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues as needed.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure proper loading and unloading of goods, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a delivery driver role, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
