We are partnering with a prominent organisation in the insurance sector to secure a Delivery Lead for a critical, high-visibility contract engagement. The business is currently navigating a broader agile transformation and is on the verge of launching a major new program of work. We are looking for an experienced delivery professional who can step in immediately, establish a strong delivery rhythm, and drive this initiative forward.

Familiarity with retail or general insurance is required. An understanding of this regulatory landscape, product complexity, and market context will be important in enabling effective planning, sequencing, and capacity management.
