Delivery Lead - Hibrido

The Delivery Lead owns end-to-end delivery accountability for one or more value streams. This is a delivery leadership role for someone who takes personal accountability for whether the value stream delivers its committed outcomes each increment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of value stream commitments from planning through production release.
• Hold joint accountability with Product Management for what gets delivered, when, and to what quality standard.
• Make scope and priority tradeoff decisions in partnership with the product team.
• Maintain a clear, current picture of delivery status, risks, and confidence levels—no surprises to program leadership.
• Manage dependencies between various teams, and shared services (API/Cloud enablement/Infrastructure/Change Management).
• Coordinate sequencing with regional and country stakeholders, including IT and business alignment touchpoints.
