Experience
Minimum:
- At least 3 years Development Team Lead experience leading a technical team (Test Analyst, System Analysis, System Developers and Configuration Analyst)
- 3-5 years CRM (Salesforce/nCino) experience
- Experience in progressive database or software development roles
- At least 3 years Salesforce Development Experience
- Software development experience in Java programming
- System integration knowledge is required.
- System/Business analysis and design exposure
- Database Experience
- Cloud experience on AWS
- Manage Systems Delivery and Operations (DevOps)
- CICD tool exposure
- Project Management principles and methodologies
- In an environment which required validating work
