Delivery Lead

Responsibilities

• Leads the overall delivery management of each project under within the managed portfolio ensuring such are delivered on-time, on-budget, and on-scope
• Defines and finalise project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with business unit and key stakeholders
• Creates and manages the detailed timeline for project execution and ensures that resources are always aligned with such.
• Optimises utilisation of available resources to deliver project activities within the required timeframes and agreed quality and scope
• Coaches, mentors, motivates and supervises project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
• Updates the project team of the status of the project based on agreed upon frequency.
• Clears blockers for the SMEs to perform and deliver
