Delivery Manager – Atlassian Platforms (Jira & Confluence)

Role Overview

SWIFT is seeking for a Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery and operations of our Atlassian platforms (Jira and Confluence). This role replaces a traditional Product Owner model with a stronger focus on execution, vendor management, and delivery accountability. You will be responsible for driving platform stability, managing BAU and demand, and ensuring successful delivery of ongoing transformation initiatives, including cloud migration and platform optimization. This role also includes people and vendor leadership, with responsibility for managing consultants and coordinating across multiple service providers.

Key Responsibilities
