Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR Shared Services delivery across Core HR, TA Ops, HRIS, Case Management, Payroll & Benefits
- Ensure SLA/OLA compliance and stable delivery across geographies
- Drive productivity, automation, and cost optimization initiatives
- Lead HR transformation programs including RPA, GenAI & Agentic AI solutions
- Act as primary interface for client HR Operations leadership
- Manage governance reviews, risk mitigation, and executive escalations
- Lead transitions, service migrations, and expansion programs
- Manage large, distributed teams, delivery managers, and tower leads
- Drive data-led performance management and service maturity improvements
- Support client visits, solution discussions, and showcase transformation success stories
Skills & Experience
- 15+ years in HR Shared Services / HR Operations delivery
