About the role
A rewarding opportunity for a passionate Dementia professional to join HammondCare on anPermanent Part-time (9 day fortnight) basis at ourDaw Park SA Site.
Dementia Consultant, known within HammondCare Residential as a Dementia Advisor, focuses on improving the lives of individuals living with dementia by applying dementia-specific clinical knowledge and skills in a residential aged care setting. As a key member, you will mentor care staff to enhance their support and implement HammondCare’s Philosophy of care and Case management framework. You will work closely with teams across the organisation, and build capacity, share expert knowledge, and contribute to the development of evidence-based care practices.
