Opportunity Description
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Dental Technician
- Must have completed a Dental Technology course
- TESDA graduates are welcome
- Experience working in a dental laboratory
- Familiar with denture fabrication
- Knowledge in operating dental laboratory machines
- CAD/CAM experience is not required
Job Description:
- Handle technical calls/tickets/cases from clients
- Provide support similar to a CSR function
- Assist customers in resolving dental laboratory–related cases
- Coordinate with other regions or counterparts when necessary
