Opportunity Description
As a member of the clinical team, you will:
- Provide clinical support to our dentists in the delivery of dental treatment
- Ensure the comfort of patients throughout the treatment, including post‑treatment care and follow ups for patients
- Coordinate with the front office staff to ensure a seamless and fuss‑free experience for the patients
- Maintain hygiene and sterility standards of instruments, equipment and materials according to procedure
- Provide basic dental laboratory support, e.g. casting of impressions
- Provide customer service for patients at the front desk, including welcoming patients and answering phone calls
- has excellent communication skills and good command of English
