Responsibilities
- To acquire and nurture a list of corporations to sign-up Payroll through switching of employee salary bank
- Develop and implement sales strategy to achieve deposit growth budget for the Region focusing on top SME non-borrowing portfolio
- Liaise with deposit product development team on new campaigns and new product launches
- Drive joint marketing effort with various SBGs
- Develop and increase earnings potential and revenue relationships with customer through maintaining the relationship and servicing of customers’ needs
- Formulate, complete and execute account plans for customers to increase earning potential and revenue relationships
- To increase market share of SME deposits
- Provide all reporting required by SME department such as weekly sales update reports including new sign-up payroll companies, onboarding status & road shows
