Deposits Sales Manager

About the Role

We are scaling our Deposits Division and expanding the Relationship Manager team. We are looking for an experienced and driven Team Lead to manage and grow a high-performing RM group focused on acquiring large deposits from high‑value, HNW, and affluent clients.

This role requires solid banking experience in the Philippines, strong expertise in deposit products, and an established client network. We are specifically looking for a younger, digital‑minded leader who can drive day‑to‑day execution, enforce performance discipline, and operate effectively in a fast‑moving, growth‑oriented environment.

Ideally, candidates should come from digital banks, fintech companies, or other fast‑scaling financial institutions rather than purely traditional banking environments.
