My client is looking for an experienced leader who has not only the people management experience, but has a track record of success in an operational environment.

The successful candidate will be able to operate commercially at all levels, both internally and externally. The ability to analyse current business activities and formulate improvements to allow improved customer experience and to maximise profitability.

The role is reporting to the National Operations Manager and forms part of the UK wide management team. A visible role within the business as this role will be based in the company’s largest region.
