The role

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Deputy Director of People and Culture. As an experienced HR professional you will be responsible for developing and delivering the people partnering and advisory service, supporting business objectives through effective people management and development practice, and ensuring HR & OD policy and practice is embedded and operationalised.
