Deputy Director, Recruitment (3 Years Contract)
Job Responsibilities
- End-to-end talent acquisition;
- Hire suitable talent for the organisation through different recruitment channels;
- Build a healthy pipeline of talent;
- Ensure that recruitment activities and processes are robust and consistent with the organisation's policies and standards and at the same time, provides meaningful candidate experience;
- Review recruitment policies to ensure continual relevance and with a view to ensure effectiveness and efficiency;
- Streamline work processes taking into account best practices and needs of the organisationand
- Oversee outreach programmes and initiatives to further brand name as an employer of choice.
Job Requirements
- Preferably at least 8-10 years of relevant HR experience, with strong leadership track record in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
