Deputy Hardware Engineering Lead for New Development Programs

**Job Description**
BAE Systems is seeking an emerging technical leader to drive a strategic program pursuits of a team of electrical, computer and mechanical engineers.

The Hardware Engineering Lead will direct multidisciplinary hardware developmentmechanical, electrical, computer, firmware, or RFensuring adherence to BAE Systems hardware design process. Responsibilities include guiding the team through design reviews, transitioning projects to production, and coordinating with QA, program management, the program engineering manager, and software and systems engineering groups. The role demands strong technical expertise across hardware domains, proven leadership in crossfunctional environments, and the ability to drive projects from concept to manufacturing while maintaining quality and schedule commitments.
