Deputy Head Early Intervention Programme

Weare seeking a passionate and organised Deputy Head of Early Intervention Programme (EIP) to support the leadership and operations of our EIP.

The role involves overseeing student support services, curriculum coordination, parent engagement, team mentoring, and programme development to ensure high-quality inclusive education for students with diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Management & Student Support

• Conduct small group teaching sessions for children with learningdifficulties when required.
• Coordinate student placement assessments and classallocations.
• Oversee Individualised Education Plans (IEPs),progress reports, and student records.
• Support curriculum planning, classroom resources,and programme development.
• Organise parent-teacher conferences, workshops, andcommunication with families.
