About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Deputy Manager – HR to drive and manage the full spectrum of human resources for a growing engineering and manufacturing environment. This role will partner closely with leadership to support business growth through strong talent acquisition, HR operations, PMS and entire people strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Scaling

  • Lead end-to-end hiring across engineering, manufacturing, and corporate roles.
  • Build scalable hiring pipelines and manage recruitment through multiple channels.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand manpower planning and support growth.
