Deputy Manager of Projects and Construction

**The Deputy Manager of Projects and Construction** acts as a key member of the OASIS Program, enabling the coordination and execution of Task Orders (projects) from proposal phase through to award, execution, and closeout. In addition to supporting project delivery, the Deputy of Task Orders also helps to coach, mentor and develop the staff within Projects & Construction as part of continuous improvement to achieve better service delivery for the OASIS customer.

**Responsibilities/Duties** + Responsible for assisting in tracking of the project portfolio, managing the P&C department structure, resources, budget and reporting requirement + Manage the Project Controls and Proposals group.
