As a Deputy Operations Manager at FCC Environment, you will play a key role in supporting the senior management team by providing front-line operational leadership at the Allington Energy from Waste facility.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the safe, compliant and efficient day‑to‑day operation of the site and will step in for the Operations Manager in their absence. This role is central to ensuring high operational standards while supporting a 24/7 operational environment.

This vacancy is for a full-time position, working across a flexible operational rota to support site requirements.
