Design Architect (Lanús)

About The Role

We are looking for a skilled and creative architect to join our design team within the real estate development business, focusing on boutique hospitality assets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct design research and assemble various architectural ideas.
• Develop sketches, designs, and drawings at different RIBA stages.
• Work independently throughout the day while coordinating with the team when needed.
• Deliver intermediate results on a weekly basis.
• Report to a project architect (lead) and collaborate with interior designers, CGI artists, the MEP team, structural engineers, the FF&E procurement team, and client representatives.
• Focus mainly on early design stages (RIBA 1‑3, about 75%) and provide supervision and advisory for RIBA 4‑5 (up to 25%).
