Provide insight into the constructability of projects and propose cost-effective solutions and variations on design and materials. Develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with clients and vendors. Assist in managing the bid process, review, and prepare bid documents. Evaluate tenders when received and prepare cost breakdowns. Negotiate/award contracts with respective vendors.
