This role is responsible for setting the creative direction and driving the end-to-end design process, from concept through final production, ensuring all product aligns with brand aesthetics, customer expectations, and evolving market trends. The ideal candidate brings a strong balance of creativity and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate insights into compelling, market-relevant collections. This leader will play a critical role in shaping seasonal strategies, elevating product quality, and fostering innovation, while mentoring and developing a high-performing design team.
