Position Summary

Pacific Building Systems (PBS), a US-based firm, is a pre‑engineered metal building (PEMB) manufacturer, through its local subsidiary Philippines Pacific Building Systems Inc. (PPBSI), looking for a skilled and motivated Design Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the structural design, analysis, and investigation of custom PEMB systems from concept through fabrication‑ready drawings. You will work closely with our sales, detailing, and production teams to deliver accurate, code‑compliant, and cost‑effective building solutions that meet customer requirements and project specifications. This is a high‑impact position with a clear path toward Professional Engineer (PE) licensure and long‑term career growth within the company.
