Job Title: Dy. Manager / Manager - Design & Engineering

About the Role:
We are looking for a Design & Engineering Lead to handle technical design, simulation and optimization of CNI solar projects in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed engineering designs for CNI projects: rooftop, ground-mounted, carport and open access plants.
- Conduct site assessments, shade analysis and load profiling for Indian C&I clients.
- Perform energy yield simulations using PVsyst, Helioscope and SketchUp.
- Prepare SLD, BOM, plant layouts and AC/DC cable sizing as per Indian electrical standards (IE Rules).
- Select modules, inverters, mounting structures and BIS-certified BOS components.
- Ensure designs comply with ALMM (for modules) and MNRE quality benchmarks.
- Coordinate with EPC and BD teams for techno-commercial proposals and bids.
