Overview

Over the last decade, Webrepublic has grown from an ambitious startup into Switzerland’s leading digital marketing agency. Its sports and entertainment spin-off was relaunched as PACE in early 2025, and works with some of the world’s most prominent sports and entertainment organisations.

For that business, we are looking for a full-time, multi-faceted Design Lead . With key clients such as FIFA and UEFA, among others, we are looking for a creative all-rounder who is well-versed in various design disciplines across B2B and B2C mediums and wants to combine that with a deep passion for sports, particularly soccer.

The role is suited to an Design Lead who enjoys getting their hands dirty on projects, but also has the vision to guide the PACE brand and its positioning and lead a small but talented team of designers and motion designers.
