Design Cafe is hiring Community Manager (Managing Freelance Interior Designer) for Bangalore (HSR CENTER) Address : 2nd Floor, 11, 17th Cross Rd, 7th Sector, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka Qualification : ● B.Arch or Bachelor in Interior Design Technical / Professional ● 3 years of hands-on experience in designing interiors (modular, residential projects) ● Hands on experience in managing a team (2 years) ● 3 experience in reviewing designs,team mentorship, escalation and client management Job Description / Responsibilities : ● Manage community dynamics, and keep every freelancer aligned to the DC values, and work processes. ● Ensure timely delivery of DP projects ● Ensure client satisfaction for all DP projects ● Match projects and leads to most suitable DP – as applicable and when necessary ● Ensure DPs are sufficiently equipped for all design projects with regular updates on latest guidelines, projects, incentive programs etc. ● Ensure community stickiness through regular traini...
