Design Manager - Battery Systems

Description

Lead the mechanical design of next-generation high-performance battery systems used in motorsport, hypercar, defence and advanced mobility applications.

As Design Manager, you will build and develop the mechanical battery design capability at BOLD, owning design direction from concept to production while leading a team of engineers in a fast-growing deep‑tech environment.

This role combines leadership, hands‑on technical decision‑making and strong cross‑functional collaboration, directly impacting the delivery of cutting‑edge electrification products.
