Foreground is partnering with a boutique, design-led luxury interior design studio based in Dubai. The studio operates at the highest end of the residential and hospitality market, delivering highly bespoke environments defined by refined materiality, spatial clarity, and rigorous attention to detail. As the practice continues to grow, the leadership team is strengthening its design management capability to protect design integrity and elevate studio-wide output.

The Role

The Design Manager will lead and oversee all interior design output across the studio's luxury residential and hospitality portfolio. This role is responsible for maintaining creative direction from concept through detailed design, ensuring consistency, quality, and clarity of design intent across multiple projects.
