About the Design Manager Opportunity:
PSR Solutions is working with a leading Main Contractor based in Kettering to recruit an experienced Design Manager to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the design process on a range of Industrial and Commercial projects across the Midlands region. The role is predominantly office‑based, with regular visits to live sites, offering the chance to work closely with both internal teams and external consultants to deliver technically robust, buildable, and efficient design solutions.

- Lead and coordinate the design process across multiple industrial projects from pre‑construction through to delivery.
