Your Role
As a Gensler Design Manager, you will leverage your attention to detail and interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional client projects on time and on budget. Grow your project management experience while working on trendsetting projects across industries. A focus for the role will be building client relationships and driving business opportunities. This position will base in Beijing.

What You Will Do
Implementing one or more projects through the management of project teams
Managing all phases of projects, including project set-up, programming, design, and construction administration
Establishing and maintaining ongoing, productive client relationships
Managing project scheduling, staffing/productivity, budgets, project set-up with clients, sub-contractors, vendors and consultants
