Our client, a leading automotive engineering organization, is seeking a Design & Release Engineer to join their team. As a Design & Release Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting Product Development and Vehicle Integration teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and excellent problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?

+ Lead design and release of exterior automotive components (fascia, bumper, grille)
+ Manage development timelines and support full product lifecycle
+ Perform design validation using CAE and physical testing
+ Support pilot builds and production launch activities
+ Troubleshoot and resolve fit, finish, and performance issues
