Designer I Civil/Structural

Zachry Nuclear Engineering, Inc. (ZNE) is currently seeking a Designer I, Civil/Structural & Mechanical for a direct hire position located in Stonington, CT or Charlotte, NC.

Position Synopsis: Individual will be responsible to understand and develop structural diagrams such as pipe and conduit support configurations and details, foundation designs, equipment mounting details, general arrangements, fire stops and seals details, process and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), piping plan and section diagrams, and isometrics. Individual will have the ability to produce complex engineering drawings in a -D or -D environment. Individual will be responsible to check drawings for accuracy including dimensions, spelling, drafting standards and completeness utilizing correct project design criteria.
