Desktop Support Analyst

Description We are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to provide hands-on technical support for end users in Greenville, South Carolina within the financial services industry. This is a Contract position focused on maintaining reliable workstation performance, resolving desktop-related issues, and delivering a strong support experience across the business. The ideal candidate will combine practical troubleshooting ability with solid knowledge of Windows environments, hardware support, and user account administration.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver day-to-day support for desktop and workstation issues, ensuring users receive timely and effective technical assistance.
• Diagnose and resolve problems involving Windows 10 systems, peripheral devices, and standard desktop applications.
