Job description Looking for a Desktop Support Engineer who has experience in Windows environment. Skillset: Role & responsibilities We are looking for a Desktop Engineer with min 2 years exp and who can join with us immediately. Experience in installation, configuration, troubleshooting of Applications Operating systems Windows 10,11 MAC OS. Basic Knowledge on managing Active Directory Users computers and Group policies. Adding workstation to domain, giving respective privileges to users on workstation and installation of softwares according to the users requirement. Installation, configuration troubleshooting of Microsoft Outlook and managing PSTs OSTs. Basic Knowledge on Office 365 management. Managing antivirus endpoints in user systems and basic knowledge on Antivirus administration.
