Our client is currently seeking a qualified Desktop Technician to join their team onsite in Westbury, NY and provide end-user support.



Duties and Responsibilities:

• 
  Provide hardware / software / network problem diagnosis / resolution via telephone / email / chat for client's end users

  Provide IT vendor customer service
  


• 
  Serve as primary contact for client's IT vendors for system implementations

  Test IT implementation as required: network access, wireless, telephony
