Salary Up to £40,000 + 30% shift premium depending on experience
Location Stonehouse, Gloucestershire
We are currently recruiting for a number for working a 3 shift pattern (6am – 2pm, 2pm – 10pm & 10pm – 6am). The purpose of the role is to provide additional programming, setting and operating resource to support the increased production demand of specials and low volume production parts.
Responsibilities
Setting / Operating CNC machines (Milling or Turning) to the standard set and run times
Interpret drawings and use initiative in deciding tooling selection and the method of manufacture
Monitor the quality of components using a wide range of equipment including CMM inspection and complete departmental quality documentation
Generate new component part programmes with the aid of Gibbs CAM programming software and subsequent prove out of new process...
