Key Requirements:

Proven experience in property sales and development sales

Current Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC)

Strong track record managing sales teams

Experience in marketing and positioning of property developments

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Willing to travel nationally

What you’ll do:

Lead and manage the development sales division nationally

Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for new projects

Analyse market trends and position developments effectively

Oversee multiple projects simultaneously

Manage and mentor the sales teams

Permanent Advertising, Marketing, Promotions, Public Relations, and Sales Managers
