Development Manager

A leading property group is seeking an experienced Development Manager to drive the planning, design and delivery of major mixed use, residential and community focused projects across Sydney. This is a rare opportunity to join a high growth organisation delivering precinct scale developments with strong architectural, public realm and placemaking ambitions.

Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll take ownership of projects from early feasibility through to delivery, managing consultants, shaping design outcomes, navigating approvals and ensuring commercial, social and sustainability objectives are met.
