This consultant will act as a technical owner for complex integration support cases, partnering closely with engineering and product teams to troubleshoot APIs, webhooks, and payment workflows. The role blends hands-on technical support with light development and automation, offering the opportunity to improve tooling, apply AI-driven solutions, and directly enhance merchant onboarding and support scalability in a fast-paced payments environment.
