**Direct Hire - Die Casting Operator - St. Joseph County, MI**

We’re partnering with a growing manufacturing company seeking an experienced manufacturing professional with strong process, troubleshooting, and automation experience to support a highly technical production environment.

Responsibilities include:

+ Operating and troubleshooting automated production equipment
+ Monitoring process performance and making adjustments to maintain product quality
+ Supporting tooling changeovers, machine upkeep, and process improvements
+ Working closely with engineering and maintenance teams to reduce downtime and scrap
+ Assisting with automation systems, robotics, and production documentation

Qualified candidates will have:

+ 3–5+ years of experience in a technical manufacturing environment
+ Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
