Opportunity Description
The technical skills required for this new digital advertising support role focus on customer service platforms , ad technology , and data interpretation . Unlike the previous role, there is no requirement for logistics or physical supply chain software.
Core Platform & Software Proficiency
- Customer Support Systems: Hands‑on experience with live chat and ticket management platforms like Zendesk , Salesforce Service Cloud , or Freshdesk .
- Ad Technology: Understanding and troubleshooting tracking pixels (specifically the TikTok Pixel) to monitor conversions.
- Product Knowledge: Ability to navigate and guide users through digital advertising platform interfaces and best practices.
Digital Advertising Knowledge
- Campaign Metrics: Mastery of core digital marketing concepts, including:
- CPC (Cost Per Click)
