- Analyze data from the agency's digital platforms (e.g., websites, social, apps, campaigns, etc.) to uncover insights, trends and opportunities for improvement and strategic direction.
- Translate analytical findings into clear narratives using visualizations and storytelling.
- Lead and facilitate business review meetings with stakeholders to understand business priorities, to share findings, and to recommend strategic actions.
